Who we are

This site, xelnelifeura.com, is operated by Lumo Skin Co., a small skincare business in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Using this site means you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice, though a confirmed order is honoured at the price shown when you sent it. Placing an order request through our checkout is an inquiry, not a completed sale: we confirm stock and the final total, including shipping, by email before any payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock) and will refund anything already paid.

Products and honest limits

Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. We describe them as honestly as we can, but skin is individual and results vary. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Patch-test if your skin reacts easily, and see a doctor or dermatologist for medical concerns.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and return terms are set out on our shipping & returns page and form part of these terms. Your statutory rights under applicable provincial consumer-protection law are not affected.

Intellectual property

The Lumo name, our text, product photography and site design are ours and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission. You're welcome to link to us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lumo Skin Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for negligence causing personal injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
