We ship from Vancouver on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once it's with Canada Post, count 2-5 business days for BC and the Prairies, 4-7 for central Canada, and 5-9 for the Atlantic provinces. Territories and rural routes run longer. We can't speed up the carrier, but we do send tracking the moment it ships.

Yes. If you opened it and your skin didn't agree, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price without you shipping it back. Unopened returns get a full refund within 30 days. Return postage is on you unless we shipped the wrong thing.

Short ingredient lists are printed on every product page. No added fragrance, no essential oils, no dyes. The serum's main active is niacinamide at 4%. What we don't include: prescription-strength retinoids, high-percentage acids, or anything drug-classed. Those belong with a dermatologist, not a small shop.

Using all three daily, most people finish in 8-10 weeks. Because batches are small and low on preservatives, use them within 6 months of opening. Every item has a batch number and fill date printed on the base.

No animal testing, ever. The cleanser and serum are vegan. The moisturizer contains shea butter (plant-based) but our current shelf-stability supplier can't guarantee a fully vegan chain of custody, so we don't label it vegan. We'd rather be precise than tick a box we can't back.

We can't give medical advice. There's nothing in the line that's typically flagged in pregnancy, but ingredient sensitivities are individual, so check with your doctor or dermatologist first. If you're on a prescribed retinoid or acid routine, introduce our serum slowly and not layered directly on top.
