Shipping within Canada

We pack and ship from Vancouver, BC, twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order Monday morning and it usually goes out Tuesday; order Friday afternoon and it waits for the next Tuesday.

• Flat rate: $9 CAD anywhere in Canada.
• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
• Carrier: Canada Post, with tracking on every order.

Rough delivery windows

• BC & the Prairies: 2-5 business days
• Ontario & Quebec: 4-7 business days
• Atlantic Canada: 5-9 business days
• Territories & rural routes: 7-14 business days, sometimes more

These are Canada Post estimates, not promises. Once a parcel leaves us we can see the same tracking you can, and weather and holidays stretch things out. We don't ship outside Canada yet.

Returns & refunds

Skincare is personal, so here's how we handle it if something doesn't work out.

• Unopened items: return within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.
• Opened but it didn't suit your skin: email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price, no need to ship the rest back.
• Who pays return postage: you do, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we cover it and send a prepaid label.

Original shipping charges aren't refunded except where we made the mistake. Refunds go back to your original method within about 5-7 business days once we've had a chance to reply.

Damaged or wrong order

If a bottle arrives cracked or you got the wrong thing, send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.

How to start a return

There's no portal. Email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. We reply within 2 business days, usually the same day. A real person (often Erin) reads it.
